Warranty

Warranty Coverage

  • Aluminum Frames: 3 years against peeling, flaking, and blisters on the powder coat finish.
  • Sunproof Fabric: 2 years against defects and structural failure.
  • Umbrella Frames and Bases: 1 year against structural defects.
  • BBQ and Stainless steel: 1 year against structural defects.
  • Water loungers: 1 year against structural defects.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Fabrics other than Sunproof Fabric.
  • Damage to glass after delivery acceptance.
  • Structural failure or damage due to:
    • Incorrect assembly
    • Lack of regular maintenance
    • Misuse or neglect
  • Reasonable wear and tear, fading, negligible discoloration, or insignificant color variations.
  • Minor cracking in wood unless contributing to structural failure.
  • Change in color to natural products such as teak.
  • Damage caused by freight or acts of nature.
  • Damage to wood caused by environmental conditions or mold.
  • Damage to products caused by heat sources.
  • Damage to powder-coated aluminum and steel caused by environmental conditions or rust.
  • Samples or liquidated items.

Shipping

Maze will cover shipping charges related to warranty claims for one year from purchase. After one year, the end-user is responsible for shipping costs.

Submitting a Claim

  • Submit claims via email to support@maze.me.
  • Include proof of purchase, original shipping address, and photo documentation of the damage.
  • A case number will be issued for all claims.
  • Maze will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective parts or whole furniture pieces.
  • Replacement product handling will be determined by Maze, potentially requiring photo documentation for disposal.
  • Pro-rated charges may apply based on product usage duration.
  • Please note: Warranty coverage begins from the invoice date, not date of delivery.
