The primary structure is forged from high-performance, hospitality-grade powder-coated aluminium, a material we specify because it holds up beautifully against the extreme UV exposure we experience here in the UAE while remaining light enough to move if your entertaining needs change. To keep your gas pizza oven in the best possible shape, you should focus on keeping the exterior clean by wiping the powder-coated frame with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent after the unit has cooled down completely. It is important to avoid using any metal scouring pads or harsh chemical cleaners, as these will likely scratch the finish and make the metal more susceptible to the salt air we have near the coast. We recommend keeping the oven covered when it is not in use to protect the internal burners and cooking surface from fine desert dust, which ensures that your next pizza night is as smooth and stress-free as the first one.
